No yelling, screaming or shouting in the backyard or pool area!!! Talking volume only as noise travels through the canyon.
We want to maintain excellent relationships with our neighbors so please be courteous and considerate of them! I cannot stress this enough, loud groups will not be tolerated.

Tenants who receive 2 noise complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be evicted without refund and will be fined the full security deposit.
Do not heat the Pool past 84 degrees. Guests who overheat the pool will be charged an additional $400 to cover utility costs.
All events or additional guests must be approved by host prior to booking
No smoking on the premiss whatsoever, indoors or outdoors.
If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $500
No drugs or excessive alcohol consumption
No parties or events allowed.
Please remove shoes when inside the property.
Please do not rearrange furniture inside or outside of the property.
Please do not damage the indoor furniture or outdoor seat cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils.
Please do not use counter tops as cutting boards.
Please do not put any food items down the garbage disposal. Clear plates and dishware in the trash before cleaning them in the sink.
Please turn off lights, air conditioning and televisions when they are not needed
Keep doors and the garage closed at all times so mice don't come inside. We do live in the hills!
Please do your best to conserve water and electricity!
Please lock all doors and windows overnight and when property is not in use.

Adult supervision is required AT ALL TIMES when children are in the pool, backyard / pool area, or when patio doors are open.
No running, diving, or horseplay around pool
No glass glassware in or around the pool
We ask that you turn off the pool / spa when not in use.
