This home is a private one story home in the lovely city of Garden Grove. This gem is located at the end of a cul-de-sac of a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. It is nearby to Disneyland, California Adventures, Knotts Berry Farm, the beach, Korea Town and Little Saigon.
This home is clean, modern and elegant. It has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. There are two very spacious living rooms with ample natural sunlight each with a large Flat Screen Smart TV with super high speed internet that allows you to stream movies from Netflix, Hulu or Amazon. Both living room has its own fireplace. There are 2 rollaway beds and 1 sleeper sofa.
Kitchen and bathroom has been newly remodeled. You can cook amazing meals with a complete set of pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. A microwave and large toaster oven makes preparing food a large group easy.
Our backyard is spacious with a heated pool, patio area, BBQ grill and dining table set. Our pool with many small and large floaties is ready for your leisure use with 2 soft cushioned Chaise Lounge Chairs at poolside. First $500 of utilities is on us!
There is a two car garage for your use with large driveway that can fit several more vehicles. There's also ample street parking in this cul-de-sac.
This entire home is for your private use. You will have access to the entire house. Front entry is a keyless code pad.

No running around, horseplaying or diving into pool
No glass cups/dishes/bowls around pool
Please don’t damage indoor furniture or outdoor seat cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils.
Turn off lights/fans/AC/pool heater when not in use
Heating the pool due to it's large size takes about 2 days and costs $350-500/day.
If you stay for more than 30 days, we will cover your utilities up to $500/month. Any amount over $500, will be an extra charge after checkout. Please do your best to conserve water and electricity!
Keep doors and garage closed at all times so mice won't come in. Fruit trees in the neighborhood can attract furry friends.
No more than 5 cars on the premise
Please do not park on the street for more than 24 hours
Please pull trash bins out on Sunday night
Please pull trash bins in on Monday night
Lock all doors and windows at night for your safety
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am
Please be considerate and courteous to the neighbors
No smoking inside or outside the premises
If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250
If there are urine or feces or stains left behind, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250-500 depending on extent of damage
No drugs / excessive alcohol consumption
No parties or events allowed. Social distancing highly advised.
No pets unless approved by owners in advance
Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
