Welcome to Your Home Away from Home!
Thank you for choosing Lotustay for your vacation. We’re delighted to have you and want to ensure your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. To help maintain a pleasant experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the house rules below. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact your property manager at any time.
House Rules:
- Check-in is after 4 PM unless otherwise arranged with the property manager.
- Check-out is at 11 AM.
- Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
- Please keep conversations at a reasonable volume when outside, and kindly ask your guests to refrain from shouting. We value our neighbors’ peace and appreciate your cooperation.
- Kindly avoid moving any furniture.
- Please use a cutting board instead of the countertops.
- Refrain from disposing of oil, nuts, shells, coffee grounds, bones, or other hard items in the garbage disposal.
- Empty the lint filter in the dryer after each use.
- Turn off lights, fans, AC, and heaters when not in use.
- Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked at night for your safety.
- Be considerate of our neighbors and their privacy.
- No smoking inside the home.
- A $500 cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence of smoking or marijuana use inside.
- No drugs or excessive alcohol consumption.
- No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted.
- No pets unless approved by the owner in advance.
- The owners are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- The owners are also not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses during your stay.
- Any tenant who receives two neighbor complaints or one police report will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will forfeit their security deposit.
